Our Manufacturing Process
Rigorous Testing
We adopt high-throughput analytical systems such as HPLC to test the content of the beta glucan, we can also provide USP standard test reports. We ensure each batch of products reach the highest purity of (1,3)-(1,6)-β-D glucan.
Fermentatie
We use baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) as raw materials, which is feed with sugar cane. The yeast population in the Automatic Fermentation Tank efficiency.
Safe Packaging
Our workshop is a safe and dust-free workshop, using automated machinery and equipment to increase production capacity. Our yeast beta glucan capacity reaches 20,000 tons per year.
Our Reasearch
We have done a variety of research on mices for testing the result of our yeast beta glucan.
The result shows that our beta glucan:
- Strengthen the NK cells of the tested animal to increase immunity significantly
- Adjunctive effect on chemically damaged liver
- Non-toxic and no side effects
We also did an NMR test by University of Georgia shows that the ratio of 1-6 bonds to 1-3 bonds beta glucan in the NMR region is 18%, which is very close to the USP standard sample. (Refer to the Fig on the right)
